I'm suprised I haven't asked this yet; what's your favorite color?

My favorite color is and has been for quite a long time: purple. I love how ambiguous purple is; I feel that it relfects my own personality. Purple can be expressed with calm pastels or deep hues; you're never sure what exactly "purple" is. I like to subvert expectations, in other words, I like confusing people, lul. It's part of the reason that I avoid saying "she" or "he" when I refer to myself on my website. I hate putting labels on things; it limits them. Why does it have to be pastel purple or lavender purple? I like to enjoy purple in all of its sporatic glory!

Update 3.02.004

Good afternoon friends! This is update 02. I guess I never did explain my update system, did I? Okay, major updates (which will go in the Major Updates section when it's done) are the first number; I'm reserving those for site-wide changes, and up to this point, I've only updated the entire site 3 times. the second set of numbers is for usual updates; that's what this section is for in the first place! I don't remember what 01 was, but I'm going to start documenting my updates more consistently (See below for update log). The last section of numbers is primarily for bugfixes, small adjustments to the site that aren't worth writing home about. Now with that out of the way:
What's New:
I've added a trophy system! if you look at the top of this page, you'll see a scroll. This scroll lists all of the site's trophies, and how many you've earned. And the best part? I designed and coded it 100% ON MY OWN. I know enough JavaScript to start redesigning my older code, so expect lot's of cool new features soon. Next on my agenda is continuing the long and boring process of updating pages (I'm getting there, I promise -_-). I've been having a blast lately working on the site, though the changes seem small. Small update but very important to me. We reached 10 followers on neocities!!! This is crazy. When I started this I never thought people would really care. I thought I would have maybe a couple hundred total views, not over 16,000! All the glory goes to God for getting me where I am, and all of my thanks goes out to you who take just a few minutes to explore my little nest. I have some cool projects in the works! I still need to update all of the other pages, and they are starting to decay severely. It's not a hard task, just tedious, and I know I need to fix what I have before I try adding new things. After that however, I have lots of new fun features I want to add, like interactive games, little hidden easter eggs, collectable badges, and more! The bottle neck for all of these projects has been my knowledge of JavaScript. Most if not all of JavaScript code is frankensteined from Stack Overflow and ChatGPT, but I'm not happy with these solutions. I barely know how they work and they don't feel like my work. For the past week or so, I have finally taken the time to sit and learn JavaScript the proper way, and I've learned alot already. Once I know enough, I'm going to go back in and redo all of my JavaScript. It might be a bit worse, but it'll be mine. As always friend, stay tuned, and I'll catch ya on the flip side!

Sorry that I've been gone for so long! I got kind of intimidated by my new code. I have gone back through and reworked a few things; my heart goes out to those who specialize in backend management -_-. I want to make an "Official Super Major Update" but there's so much that I want to do, so I need to make some realistic goals. I want to finish the main pages that I have before I create any new ones; I think that's reasonable? We shall see. UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN...

Notice anything different? I've changed my background and adjusted a few of the visual details of my page. The biggest change is all the work I've done on the back-end (which no one even notices...) that should make my life alot easier when I update the rest of the site. Pretty soon, I'm going to conform the rest of my site to this new format, and I'll post a major update when I'm all done.
